The project involves a large-scale expansion of Boliden’s zinc smelter in Odda, and will make the plant one of the most modern and sustainable in the world.

Production capacity will be increased to more than 350,000 tons of zinc annually – with a process that is both energy-efficient and low-emission friendly.
